Whats the best muscle-building whey protein powder for a female vegetarian?
i eat dairy and do get some protein in my diet that way, but i want to build some muscle (and burn fat in the process!). any specific brands/products recommendations are appreciated.
ive gathered that isolates are best, but most costly. per the info below, should i opt for a mix of concentrate and isolate?:

However, in practice we feel a blend of concentrate and isolate provides the best bang for the buck. After read this post I think that we have to take isolate because as I think that by taking it we can surely get our body build as well as also keep our body fit and healthy.
